Prescription Disclaimer
Renovia does not sell prescription medication directly, and no purchase guarantees a prescription.

Prescriptions are never guaranteed
Payment for a Renovia plan covers your medical evaluation, ongoing clinical support, and platform access. It is not a purchase of medication and does not guarantee that you will be prescribed a GLP-1 or any other treatment. A prescription is issued only if an independent, licensed clinician determines, after reviewing your intake and history, that treatment is medically appropriate for you.
Independent clinical judgment
Renovia Health, Inc. is a technology platform. It does not practice medicine, does not employ prescribing clinicians in a way that influences their medical judgment, and does not direct or interfere with clinical decision-making. Clinicians may decline to prescribe, recommend a different treatment, request additional information or labs, or refer you to in-person care.
Dispensing and pharmacies
If a prescription is written, it is sent to a licensed U.S. pharmacy of the clinician's or your choosing. Renovia does not dispense medication. You are free to have any prescription filled at the pharmacy of your choice.
Use medication as directed
Take any prescribed medication exactly as instructed by your clinician and the accompanying pharmacy labeling. Do not adjust your dose, share medication, or use medication prescribed to someone else. Report side effects to your clinician promptly, and seek emergency care for severe reactions.
GLP-1 medications carry risks and contraindications, including a boxed warning regarding thyroid C-cell tumors in rodents for certain products. They are not appropriate for people who are pregnant, trying to become pregnant, or breastfeeding, or for people with certain personal or family medical histories. Disclose your full medical history during intake.
Controlled substances
Renovia does not prescribe controlled substances through the platform.
